Service Description

Yes We Can Community Services (YWCCS) is committed to creating safer, more resilient communities by servicing and supporting at-risk youth and addressing the root causes of violence, exploitation and disengagement. Our community safety programs include mentoring services and case management for youth dealing with truancy, involvement in the juvenile justice system and risks related to trafficking or gang activity. These services offer guidance, positive role models and structured support to help youth make healthy, empowered choices for their futures. YWCCS also provides safe community support groups which offer safe, welcoming spaces for open dialogue, healing and connection. At the core of our work with at-risk youth is our strong belief that when we invest in youth and build supportive environments, we create stronger and safer communities for everyone.
