At Yes We Can Community Services (YWCCS), our person-centered approach to providing services and support to the BIPOC communities within Minnesota fosters healthy and sustainable change that makes family health and wellness a reality for the underrepresented and underserved. Our service scope includes the following:​

Mental Health and Trauma Healing

We support family emotional wellness and healing through accessible, community-focused mental health services such as:

  • Mental Health Groups 

  • Mental Health Case Management

  • Trauma Trainings and Healing Circles

  • Anger Management Groups

Family Preservation

We are committed to and compassionate about empowering â€‹individuals and families through community-driven family preservation services and support such as:

  • Parenting Assessments​

  • Parenting Education Classes

  • Supervised Visits (for families experiencing out-of-home placements)

  • Family Preservation Case Management Services

  • Family Advocate Support and Services

  • Employment Training and Workforce Development for Family Sustainability
