A key part of Yes We Can Community Services’ (YWCCS) community efforts to strengthen family relationships and encourage healthy parenting is our family preservation programs. At YWCCS, our dedication to family preservation is rooted in our commitment to empowering individuals and families through compassionate, community-driven services and support. Included within our family preservation program offerings are parenting education classes and supervised visits. Our parenting education class offerings cover topics like parent enrichment, bridging parental conflict, co-parenting, education for divorcing or separating parents, and children-in-between. YWCCS also offers supervised visits for families experiencing out-of-home placements, ensuring that essential family connections are maintained during difficult times. Through family preservation case management and family advocate services and support, YWCCS provides personalized guidance and resources to help families overcome challenges and thrive. To support long-term stability, our employment training and workforce development programs equip individuals with the skills and support needed to secure meaningful employment and achieve self-sufficiency. At YWCCS, we strongly believe strong families are the foundation of thriving communities. As such, we are committed to doing our part to help build and sustain strong BIPOC families in MN through mental health, wellness, and safety services and support.
